Goodah!!! Makes Crispy Pata Better!
Crispy pata has always been a favorite when there is something to celebrate with family or friends. And to kick off the party season for the last quarter of this year, crispy pata will be a special item on GoodAh!!!’s menu. The popular all-Filipino food chain, known for being “Open 25 Hours” a day, will be serving a twist on this classic crispy pata dish.
My family loves Crispy Pata and I am happy that Goodah offers this. My father never fails to have crispy pata in all our occasions specially now that Christmas Season is coming.
The usual approach in cooking a great tasting crispy pata begins with its preparation, way before putting it in a bath of piping hot oil. Pork legs are boiled in salted water with a dash of vinegar with some herbs and spices, until the meat and skin are fork- tender. The leg is then transferred to a wok, where it is deep fried to get that crispy skin and juicy meat. Traditionally, it is enjoyed with spiced vinegar mixed with soy sauce.

Present during the media launch is no less than Mr. Boy Abunda with Mr. Timothy James Yang and Richard Yang. |
Every crunch from a bite crackles with a slather of aromatic flavors from adobo sauce, which then oozes with the tender meat to give it the sharp flavor of soy sauce that is balanced by the sweet-sour taste that most Filipinos love. The dish’s savory crisp skin and succulent meat pairs well with a big serving of fresh-cooked rice, and that makes it a perfect group meal.
We will definitely visit Goodah at Timog. Finally, this is quite near in my place. I will let my family have a bonding over eating delicious food at Goodah at the very affordable prices.
This amazing dish will be the centerpiece offering when Goodah!!!’s new branch opens along Timog Avenue, Q.C. this October. It will simultaneously be offered in their other 6 branches in the metro. For just PhP 599, the whole family or a group of friends can enjoy GoodAh!!!’s unique twist to crispy pata in a la carte. They can also add fried rice and 4 glasses of orange juice to complete it into a meal package, which is very affordable at PhP 699. The new GoodAh!!! Crispy Pata is the best way to celebrate the opening of the restaurant’s seventh branch.
Another new offering of Goodah is their Bulalugaw, for only P369 this is good for 4 to 5 person. This is just perfect for cold weather and rainy days as well. I really love Bulalo.
